Betty Elane Lawrence, of Liberty, TX, handed away in her home on December 3, 2020 at the age of 90 of normal causes. She was born on June 6, 1930 in West Monroe, LA. She is preceded in dying by her dad and mom, AW and Edna Bridges, her partner, Richard Robert Lawrence, Jr., her brothers Billy Bridges and Bobby Bridges, her sister-in-law Marion Bridges, and wonderful-grandson, Benjamin Lawrence Pickett.
She is survived by her brother Benny Bridges, daughters Marvalyn Werner and partner Chris, and Martha Pickett and her son Bob Lawrence and spouse Yvonne, grandchildren Amy Lynn Hoffman and partner Tom, Larry Rickels and spouse Brandi, Russell Pickett and spouse Kimberly, Donna Stuart and husband Ben, Leslie Lawrence, Theresa Hallman, Lance Lawrence and spouse Lindsay, and wonderful-grandchildren Avery, Abbigael, Katherine, Caroline, Victoria, Lauren, Hannah, Sparrow, Owen, Cole, Tristan, William, James, Natalie and Arthur.
Elane’s life was entire. She was all about family members. She was regarded as a mom and grandmother to many extras. She was practically born with a camera in one particular hand and constantly experienced a single pointed at her spouse and children and friends when they ended up jointly. Her residence was the place absolutely everyone gathered and she beloved to image-doc every exclusive moment with relatives and friends. You would usually listen to the command “Smile” or “Everyone lean in!” All people was welcome at her desk, and she was a superb prepare dinner. In simple fact, a single loved ones buddy normally commented that he would alternatively try to eat her left-overs than his wife’s initial-overs. She relished traveling. Her nickname was “the Roadrunner” due to the fact she would select up and jet off at the fall of a hat in her just one-ton truck and many sized journey trailers. She was constantly on the go, traveling to good friends and loved ones. She was a member of the Getaway Ramblers and wore quite a few hats as Secretary, President, and Treasurer about her many years as a member. She was strong, funny, lovely, an awesome prepare dinner and ruthless card participant. She will endlessly be remembered for her kindness, wit and toughness by all those people that knew and beloved her.
The family would like to thank the nurses with Kindred Care and Kindred at Dwelling Hospice who went higher than and past for Elane. To our beloved treatment givers, Carol Clary and Linda Morgan, we give distinctive thanks for their amazing and loving treatment. She loved you dearly.
A graveside service and committal will be held at 2 PM on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at Cooke Memorial Cemetery in Liberty.
